Montana contestants are allowed to take their best 15 rodeos into the state rodeo for a maximum of 150 points going into state.

State Finals – 80 pts available in the 1st go, 2nd go, average, and Championship Round.

State rodeo champions will be determined after the completion of the 2 go rounds and the average. The Top 16 in the standings in each event after the first two rounds and the average will compete in the Championship Round.
